AEGIS FOOD TESTING LABORATORIES' labs are designed with
separate areas for receipt of samples, sample preparation, sample incubation,
sample testing, sample storage, preparation of media, sterilization of equipment
and waste. The facility's floorplan utilizes a forward process concept ensuring
contaminated or enriched pathogenic material is contained and does not cross over
into areas of sample preparation. This design allows us the ability to create a
“lab within a lab” for our clients.
